YOUNG BLACK WOMEN - SUCCESSFULY REPRESENTING THE HIP-HOP GENERATIONToday's young Black women (20-34) are independent, more highly educated and earning more than ever before. They are 4.38 million strong, ambitious and brand conscious. They are also restless, and tend to change jobs more frequently than previous generations. At the same time, these women are, or will likely become, the primary decision-makers/heads of households in their daily lives. They are future purchasers of their own homes and cars, and will be, at the very least, co-decision maker for all medical, educational and financial options for themselves and their families, and possibly their aging parents. |
